Who we are

100 Health provides group health benefit management inside a captive insurance structure. This policy covers www.100health.ai and 100health.ai only. It does not cover any separate member platform, employer portal or benefits administration system, each of which is governed by its own terms.

What we collect

We collect information in exactly one way: when you choose to fill in a form on this site. Those forms ask for:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name
• Your approximate number of employees
• Whether you are an employer, an advisor, an executive, or something else
• Anything you choose to write in the message field

Please do not send health information, medical history, or details about specific individuals through these forms. They are for business enquiries and are not a secure channel for personal health information.

What we do not collect

This website has no user accounts, no login, and no database of visitors.

• No advertising or tracking cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own.
• No analytics. We do not run Google Analytics or any comparable visitor-tracking service.
• No advertising pixels and no data sold or shared with advertisers.
• No profiling and no automated decision-making.

How we use what you send us

Only to respond to you and to have the conversation you asked for. If you request a demo, we use your details to arrange it. If you ask a question, we use them to answer. We do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of a form submission alone.

Who else can see it

Two service providers are involved in running this site:

• Netlify hosts the website and stores form submissions. Their servers receive your submission and hold it so we can read it.
• Google Fonts supplies the two typefaces this site uses. Loading them means your browser contacts Google's servers, which receives your IP address as part of that request. No form data is involved.

Beyond those, we do not share form submissions with third parties. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are retained while they remain relevant to the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and are deleted when they are not. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

Write to hello@100health.com and you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. We will act on reasonable requests.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, so what you send is encrypted in transit. Access to submitted enquiries is limited to people at 100 Health who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is again why these forms should not be used for health information.

Children

This site is aimed at employers and advisors. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
