How 100 Health Works

When your company enrolls in 100 Health, you keep everything you already expect from a group health plan: the same doctors, the same hospitals, and the same comprehensive coverage. Think of it as traditional health insurance, fully intact.

What changes is everything else.

We layer your plan with a Health Benefit Management System (HBM) that opens the door to next-generation diagnostic testing, testing designed to detect disease two to five years before it ever becomes symptomatic. When early-stage disease is identified, your coverage doesn’t stop there. We activate a Health Prescription (Hrx): a personalized treatment protocol covered by your plan, built to stop the disease from progressing, or reverse it entirely.

Members undergo next-generation diagnostic testing that traditional plans do not cover. Phase One begins with a full-spectrum blood biomarker panel, Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM), and a comprehensive genetic test. Results are reviewed by clinical specialists who identify pre-symptomatic disease markers before they ever become symptomatic.

Hrx Health Prescriptions & HBM

When pre-symptomatic disease is identified, the member’s doctor can write a Health Prescription (Hrx). Unlike a traditional pharmaceutical prescription, an Hrx covers proactive interventions: nutrition as medicine, targeted supplements, and prescribed exercise regimens, all covered by the 100 Health plan through the Health Benefit Management System.
